At the heart of all church and community mobilising processes is a well-trained and effective facilitator. This training pack addresses the four most important elements required to achieve quality and competence in CCT trainers and facilitators.
It includes:
- The biblical foundations of Integral mission
- Reflections on good leadership and facilitation skills, including tools to improve both
- Guidance for how to adapt CCT processes for each context including geographical, cultural, denominational, demographic factors
- An introduction to the Light Wheel, an essential framework that helps reveal the breadth and depth of whole-life transformation
The activities and Bible studies within each chapter help enhance the facilitator’s understanding and practice of that particular topic, and can also be used as part of the CCT process in the church or local community.
