Adapting your experience to your needs

We are always working to make our websites as user friendly as possible, but you may have a better experience if you change the settings on your computer to suit your individual needs.

For example, you may want to change the website’s colours, increase the text size, or have the text spoken aloud.

Limitations of the websites’ accessibility

Accessibility testing has helped us to identify some barriers on our sites. Examples are given below with a way to get past these while we work to resolve them:

  • PDF magazines such as Footsteps – some users may have difficulty accessing these. An HTML alternative is available on the website, which some may find more usable.
  • Other PDFs – PDFs across our sites may not be suitable for all assistive software users. Please contact us if you need additional support and we will do our best to help you.
