The Partner Portal is the partner-facing side of Track, and is accessible in four languages (English, French, Portuguese and Spanish).

  • Tearfund has compiled a list of standard indicators that can be measured to demonstrate impact, which you may find useful in your project work. All indicators are available on the Track system, and the Track indicator database gives detail about the purpose of each, how to collect and analyse the required data, and any considerations to be aware of.

  • If you are an Admin of a Partner Portal, you can manage the accounts of other users within your organisation. Please disable Partner Portal accounts as soon as someone leaves your organisation, and add accounts for new staff. It is important that your Partner Portal is kept up-to-date so the right people have access to project information.

For more information on how to manage accounts, refer to video 15 or section 2.2 of the user guide.
