We offer self-led and facilitated courses, each course varies in length and the time it will take to complete. You can find out how long each course takes on the course page. However, it is important to note that:
- Self-led courses can be completed in your own time. There is no deadline for when these courses have to be completed, so you can take the course at your own pace and in more than one session. Usually self-led courses take between 30 minutes to 4 hours to complete.
- Facilitated courses are scheduled and have a set start and end date. You will need to register for these before the start date to get a place on the course. Facilitated courses are also longer, and can take 6 to 10 weeks to complete.

- For our facilitated courses there may be a charge, this is to cover the cost of the facilitator’s time and additional work. Any cost will be made clear on the course page.
We are committed to equipping all those who are working with communities, and recognise that budgets are tight. Therefore, we have worked hard to reduce the costs of our courses where we can.
