Tools addressing the welfare, protection, development, parenting and education of children and young people

This group activity uses newspaper or magazine articles from the local context to find examples of child protection issues. It prompts discussion of the types of abuse, exploitation and neglect that children may experience and asks the group to consider if these issues might be happening in their community.

It then encourages the group to discuss what the Bible says about such issues, whose responsibility it is to resolve them and what the group can do about it.
