A theological event to inspire and support the global church to take action to prevent, challenge and end human trafficking and sexual violence

The gathering was organised by Tearfund with the aim of creating a space where people could explore theological ideas and issues that are related to human trafficking and sexual violence.
Human trafficking and sexual violence are often hidden issues within communities. Nearly two-thirds of human trafficking victims are from Asia.
Our Thinking Theology gatherings are designed to support theologians, church leaders and other Christian leaders working in relief and development. These conferences give delegates the chance to reflect on the Bible and be inspired to let God’s word shape their work.
They provide a space for people to think about the nature of mission and what being disciples of Jesus means for the way we work, lead and deal with difficult issues.
