In May 2021, The Justice Conference held its first global event online over a 24-hour period, drawing speakers and participants from across the world. The conference theme focused on six key relocations within the life of Jesus, using them as a framework to illustrate God’s heart for justice and the story of restoration that spans from scripture, through history and up to this present moment.

As part of the ‘Into the wilderness’ strand, Tearfund’s Global Advocacy and Influencing Director, Dr Ruth Valerio, spoke about how climate change and gender inequality intersect, unpacking what the Bible has to teach us in this area.
