Fragility looks at the combination of risk to a particular community or location and the capacity of the people in that community or location to cope with those risks should they become reality.
This tool is a spreadsheet that you can quickly complete to make a rapid assessment of fragility across five dimensions: security, social, political, economic and environmental.
