Tearfund East Africa crisis humanitarian response

Assessing Tearfund's drought response in Ethiopia, Somaliland and South Sudan

This external evaluation examines Tearfund's response to drought in Ethiopia, Somaliland and South Sudan. It assesses the relevance, efficiency and impact of six projects, delivered by five partners as Tearfund’s phase 2 response to provide lifesaving support to drought-affected communities in East Africa.

It was carried out by the Disasters Emergency Committee (DEC) in September 2018.
