The objective of the church and community mobilisation process (CCMP) is to empower people to transform their situations holistically using their God-given local resources.
This checklist has been developed so that trained CCMP facilitators can track key milestones in the process and gain a quick overview of where the church and community are in the process.
For each stage in CCMP, the checklist states:
- the objective of the stage, so the facilitator can quickly understand the key outcomes as listed in their facilitator manual.
- the titles of each activity, allowing the facilitator to keep track of what has been completed and what still needs to be done.
- indicators, by which the facilitator can gauge whether all key outputs and deliverables have been achieved and the next stage can start.
