This report argues for a joined-up, harmonised approach to climate change adaptation.

It looks at examples of progress in Bangladesh and Nepal, presents practical building blocks towards establishing integrated, cross-sectoral and multi-agency approaches, and urges developed countries to fund and support country-owned integrated approaches.
